I can tell you truthfully that seat is excellent. I managed to ride 200 miles without any discomfort...had to stop for gas and, when I got off the bike, I felt great.

Continuing in the tradition of meticulously designed and produced seats, Sargent is pleased to introduce the World Sport Performance Seat for the BMW F 650 / 800 GS.

Utilizing the latest design teqniques, exacting manufacturing processes, and superior materials, each World Sport seat pan is precision-molded for superior fit and installs just like the stock seat (no additional hardware required). The BMW F 650 / 800 GS features our injection-molded PolyTec base pan. This super tough, lightweight material provides an exceptional, high-performance seat foundation.

Our Super Cell Atomic Foam suspension is our own unique and proprietary blend of resilience, firmness, and vibration-absorption qualities - making it well suited for maximum long distance comfort. In addition, the seat shape has been enhanced in two important ways:

The seating platform is level, front to back (unlike the OEM seat) allowing for more freedom of movement.
It is wider and slightly "dished" (side to side), resulting in drastically improved lateral weight and pressure distribution.

Our tough, UV-stabilized, mildew-resistant CarbonFX material is cut and sewn specifically to maximize the suspension qualities of the Super Cell Atomic foam. Our upholstery materials, combined with our upholstery installation technique and continuous moisture barrier, result in a seat that does not suffer from shrinking, cracking, water-absorption/penetration, or suspension interference like leather-covered products often do. Simcoe. What an improvement over the OEM saddle,
which felt like a 2 x 6 covered with vinyl.
No discomfort at all. It actually supported my butt and lower back nicely with no leg fatigue or sore spots at all.

Our new Seat Heater with "Advanced Comfort Control" offers maximum comfort in cool weather with fully variable heat control. Unlike competitive products that are just on or off, our advanced controller delivers a full range heat control.

Features include:

Solid-state Pulse Modulating Heat Controller.
Unlike simple bi-metallic thermostats that are affected by ambient temperatures, our controller supplies a full range of consistent heat delivery in all weather conditions. The controller is fully variable from off to full power and anywhere in between, providing maximum comfort control. It is completely waterproof and can be conveniently mounted within view. And, an LED light allows monitoring of the heat setting - even at night.

FINE WIRE^TM Electric Element.
Special unobtrusive fine gauge wire element does not compromise comfort. Controller and installation kit includes built in relay and in-line fuse for safety, and is installed "switched" so there is no danger of battery drain when the bike is turned off.

Power Draw.
The heated seating area is supplied with its own heat controller. One heated zone draws approximately 2 amps (or 24 watts).
